These terms govern your use of pedo.club (the “Platform”). By creating an account or accessing the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Platform. Pretty straightforward.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.
You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure. If someone gets into your account because you shared your password or reused one from a breached site, that’s on you. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication if it’s available.
One account per person. Don’t create alts to evade bans or manipulate the platform. Whitelisting is at our discretion and can be revoked at any time.

We’re not going to write a 40-page legal document listing every possible bad thing. Use common sense. If you wouldn’t do it in front of an admin, don’t do it at all.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting it on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and serve that content to other authorized users. We don’t sell your content or use it for advertising.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we determine to be harmful, without prior notice.
Calls on the Platform use peer-to-peer WebRTC connections. Audio and video data flows directly between participants and is not recorded, stored, or monitored by us. Call metadata (duration, timestamp) may be stored for display purposes only.
Certain features (ranks, cosmetics) may require payment. All purchases are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change pricing of paid features. If we remove a paid feature you purchased, we’ll do our best to make it right.
We can suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This includes but isn’t limited to violations of these terms, abuse reports, or inactivity. You can also delete your account at any time.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or interactions with other users. Use the Platform at your own risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We’ll try to notify users of significant changes, but it’s your responsibility to check periodically.
